  2. Verify the email address using the secure message sent to your inbox.
  3. Sign in with the same email and password. Existing migrated SME users do not need another account.
  4. If you forget the password, select Reset password on the sign-in page and use the newest recovery email.

Baytna Leads and WhatsApp attribution

See which customer conversations started from Baytna Boutique.

  1. Add and publish your WhatsApp number in Dashboard โ†’ Products & catalog.
  2. When a visitor chooses Contact on WhatsApp from your storefront or a product, Baytna records an attributed enquiry and creates a unique reference such as BB-AE-XXXXXXXXXX.
  3. The reference is included automatically in the prefilled WhatsApp message, so you can identify the Baytna source inside the conversation.
  4. Open Dashboard โ†’ Baytna Leads to see the reference, product, source page and time of each enquiry.
  5. After speaking with the customer, update the outcome to Responded, Order confirmed, Sale completed or Not converted. Add an optional private note when useful.
  6. A WhatsApp click proves an enquiry began through Baytna; it is not treated as a completed sale unless your business confirms that outcome.
